Form C-S · YA 2026
Kopi Brew Pte. Ltd.
How it works
P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, bank statements or a scanned PDF — straight from Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or a spreadsheet.
TaxTide extracts every line, maps it to an SFRS chart of accounts and builds balanced statements, flagging anything that doesn't tie.
Mechanical add-backs are applied by rule. Judgement calls — private entertainment, grants, repairs — come to you as clear proposals.
Download the filled IRAS calculator and a myTax-ready Form C-S sheet, or submit Form C-S through Corppass once enabled.
Filings covered

Works with what you use
TaxTide recognises exports from Singapore's popular accounting systems and bank statements. No books at all? It builds a trial balance and statements straight from your bank transactions.
AI reads. Code calculates.
The AI is briefed on the Income Tax Act, IRAS practice, GST regulations and ACRA rules, and it does what it is good at: reading documents, classifying accounts and spotting judgement calls.
Exemptions, rebates, capital allowances and form boxes come from TaxTide's rules engine — tested against IRAS's own Basic Corporate Income Tax Calculator and matching it to the cent.
Security
Every uploaded file is AES-256 encrypted on a Singapore server.
Only people an administrator adds can sign in. Organisations are private to their members.
Uploads, adjustments, approvals and exports are logged with who and when.
TaxTide prepares the statements, computation and forms, and explains every adjustment. You (or your tax agent) still review and remain responsible for what is submitted. Complex cases — tax incentives, transfer pricing, group relief — are flagged for an accredited tax practitioner.
The AI only reads and classifies. Every figure on a form is calculated by TaxTide's own rules engine, tested case by case against IRAS's Basic Corporate Income Tax Calculator for YA2026 and matching it to the cent.
TaxTide is built for IRAS's Corppass-authorised API for Form C-S. Until the API is enabled for your account, you get a field-by-field sheet in the same order as myTax Portal plus the filled official IRAS calculator.
On a server in Singapore. Uploaded files are encrypted at rest, access is invite-only through Google sign-in, every organisation is private to its members, and actions are audit-logged.
Company tax rules for YA2020 to YA2027, with the CIT rebate for each year, and personal income tax for YA2023 onwards.
